Over 200,000 applications have been submitted for updating the voter list in Delhi. These cover corrections and new registrations under the Special Electors' List Update Campaign. Final corrections will be made by December 24, with the final list to be published by January 6, before the Delhi Legislative Assembly election.
Delhi Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) office received over 200,000 applications under the Special Electors' List Update Campaign for corrections and updates in the voter list . The applications include complaints about incorrect names and addresses, requests to change addresses, and inclusion of new voters.
The Booth Level Officers (BLOs) have verified the applications, and complaints will be addressed by December 24, after which the final electors' list will be released on January 6, based on which the upcoming Delhi Legislative Assembly election will proceed
