The results of the Common Admission Test (CAT) for admission to the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) are out. 14 candidates achieved 100 percentile, with 13 from engineering backgrounds and 1 from a non-engineering background. Notably, 29 candidates secured 99.99 percentile, missing the 100 percentile mark by a narrow 0.1 percent. A total of 2.93 lakh candidates appeared for the CAT 2024 exam out of 3.29 lakh registrants.
IIM CAT Result 2024: भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान में एडमिशन के लिए होने वाली कॉमन एडमिशन टेस्ट के नतीजे जारी हो गए हैं. जिसमें कुल 14 ऐसे उम्मीदवार हैं, जिन्होंने 100 पर्सेटाइल्स हासिल किए हैं. इसमें एक खास बात यह है कि इनमें से 13 इंजीनियरिंग बैकग्राउंड से हैं, जबकि सिर्फ एक नॉन इंजीनियरिंग बैकग्राउंड से है, जिसकी काफी चर्चा है, लेकिन हम आपको इससे भी एक अहम बात बताने जा रहे हैं. कुछ ऐसे उम्मीदवारों के बारे में जो 0.1 के चक्कर में ऐसे उलझे कि टॉपर बनते बनते रह गए.
99 परसेंटाइल लाने वालों में भी 25 ऐसे उम्मीदवार हैं, जो इंजीनियरिंग बैकग्राउंड से है, जबकि 4 नॉन इंजीनियरिंग फील्ड से हैं. 99.98 परसेंटाइल वाले कितने कैट के रिजल्ट में कुछ ऐसे भी स्टूडेंटस हैं जिनके 99.98 परसेंटाइल आए हैं. कुल 30 कैंडिडेट्स ऐसे हैं जिन्होंने 99.98 परसेंटाइल पाए हैं. मतलब वह भी टॉपर बनने से महज 0.2 परसेंटाइल से पीछे रह गए. इसमें 29 पुरुष अभ्यर्थी हैं, तो वहीं एक महिला उम्मीदवार शामिल हैं.
