ఈ అంశంలో తనకు రాజ్యాంగబద్ధంగా చట్టబద్ధంగా తన హక్కుల మేరకు చట్టాన్ని గౌరవించే ఒక పౌరుడిగా పూర్తిగా సహకరిస్తానని అన్నారు. సోమవారం బంజరాహిల్స్‌లోని ఏసీబీ కార్యాలయంలో హాజరయ్యారు. అయితే ఆయనను కార్యాలయంలోకి రాకుండా అడ్డుకున్న ఏసీబీ అధికారులు అడ్డుకున్నారు. దీంతో రోడ్డుపైనే తాను ఇవ్వాలనుకున్న రాతపూర్వక స్పందనను ఏసీబీ అధికారులకు అందించారు. హైకోర్టు తీర్పు అనంతరం చట్ట ప్రకారం ముందుకు వెళ్లాలని.. తనకు ఏసీబీ ఇచ్చిన నోటీసుకి రాతపూర్వకంగా స్పందించారు. డిసెంబర్ 18వ తేదీన తనపై నమోదు చేసిన ఎఫ్ఐఆర్‌ను హైకోర్టులో సవాలు చేసిన అంశాన్ని ప్రస్తావించారు. డిసెంబర్ 31వ తేదీన తుది వాదనలు ముగిసిన ఈ అంశంలో హైకోర్టు తన తీర్పును రిజర్వు చేసిందన్నారు. ఇదే కేసులో ఏసీబీ కూడా ప్రతివాదిగా ఉన్నారని.. ఈ అంశంలో సుదీర్ఘమైన వాదనలను వినిపించిందని గుర్తు చేశారు. హైకోర్టు తన తీర్పును రిజర్వ్ చేసి ఏ క్షణమైనా తీర్పును ప్రకటించే అవకాశం ఉన్న సందర్భంలో తనకు ఏసీబీ నోటీసు ఇచ్చిందన్నారు. ఏసీబీ తనకు ఇచ్చిన నోటీసులో ఈరోజు (జనవరి 6) సమాచారం అందించాలని.. సమాచారంతోపాటు, డాక్యుమెంట్లను అందివ్వాలని ఏసీబీ కోరినట్లు చెప్పారు. అయితే వాళ్లకు ఏ అంశాలపై సమాచారం కావాలో అనే విషయాన్ని ఏసీబీ నోటీసులో స్పష్టంగా ప్రస్తావించలేదన్నారు. దీంతోపాటు ఏయే అంశాలు తాలూకు డాక్యుమెంట్లు అడుగుతున్నారో కూడా నోటీసులో తెలపలేదని అన్నారు. 'చట్టాన్ని గౌరవించే సాధారణ పౌరుడిగా ఏసీబీ కార్యాలయానికి వచ్చాను. కానీ ఈ ప్రభుత్వం రాజ్యాంగబద్ధంగా నాకు దక్కిన హక్కులను కాలరాసేలా ప్రవర్తిస్తుంది. తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో భారత రాజ్యాంగం నడుస్తుందా లేదా రేవంత్ రాజ్యాంగం నడుస్తుందా
