संसद परिसर में गुरुवार को कथित धक्का-मुक्की मामले में 2 सांसदों के जख्मी होने के बाद BJP ने कांग्रेस सांसद और लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज कराई है. BJP सांसद अनुराग ठाकुर और बांसुरी स्वराज ने पार्लियामेंट्री स्ट्रीट पुलिस स्टेशन में राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज करवाई. कांग्रेस सांसद पर ओडिशा के बालासोर से BJP सांसद प्रताप सारंगी और यूपी के फर्रुखाबाद से BJP सांसद मुकेश राजपूत को धक्का देने का आरोप है. BJP सांसदों ने उनके खिलाफ 6 धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कराया है.
