राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के सरसंघचालक डॉ. मोहन भागवत ने घटती जनसंख्या दर पर चिंता जताई है. उन्होंने कहा कि जनसंख्या वृद्धि दर में गिरावट समाज के लिए ठीक नहीं है. आरएसएस चीफ ने परिवार के महत्व पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि अगर किसी समाज की जनसंख्या वृद्धि दर 2.1 से नीचे चली जाती है, तो वह समाज अपने आप नष्ट हो जाएगा. उन्होंने कहा कि परिवार समाज का हिस्सा है और हर परिवार एक इकाई है.
