Donald trump xi Jinping meeting: डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने शी जिनपिंग के साथ अपनी मुलाकात को अब तक का सबसे बड़ा शिखर सम्मेलन बताया है। ट्रंप ने शी के साथ अपने निजी तालमेल पर जोर दिया है।
बीजिंग: अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप इस समय चीन के दौरे पर हैं, जहां उनका जोरदार स्वागत हुआ है। बीजिंग में डोनाल्ड ट्रंप और शी जिनपिंग ने लाल कालीन पर चलते हुए सैन्य सम्मान गार्ड का निरीक्षण किया। आधिकारिक स्वागत कार्यक्रम के बाद बीजिंग में चीन-अमेरिका के प्रतिनिधिमंडल स्तर की वार्ता हो रही है। शी जिनपिंग और डोनाल्ड ट्रंप अपने-अपने प्रतिनिधि समूहों का नेतृत्व कर रहे हैं। इस बैठक पर दुनिया की नजर लगी है। वहीं एक्सपर्ट का मानना है कि वार्ता में चीन का हाथ ऊपर है। यानी बैठक के फैसले चीन के पक्ष में झुके हो सकते हैं। अल जजीरा की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, डोनाल्ड ट्रंप से बातचीत का शी जिनपिंग के लिए यह सबसे अच्छा समय है। अमेरिका इस समय पश्चिम एशिया में उलझा हुआ है। अमेरिका के अंदर भी हालिया हफ्तों में राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप की लोकप्रियता तेजी से घट रही है। ऐसे में वह फिलहाल बहुत अच्छी स्थिति में नहीं हैं, जिसका फायदा चीन उठा सकता है।चीन-अमेरिका का गतिरोधचीन और अमेरिका दुनिया की इन दो सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्थाएं हैं। दोनों के बीच व्यापार तब से बाधित है, जब पिछले साल ट्रंप दोबारा सत्ता में आए थे। ट्रंप ने सत्ता में आने के बाद दुनिया भर के देशों पर कई तरह के टैरिफ लगा दिए थे। इनमें से कुछ सबसे ज्यादा दरें चीन पर लगाई गई थी। एक समय यह दर 145 प्रतिशत तक पहुंच गई थी। डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के फैसले के बाद चीन ने जवाबी कार्रवाई करते हुए अपने टैरिफ लगाए और 'रेयर अर्थ मेटल्स' का निर्यात रोक दिया। ये मेटल्स कारों और स्मार्टफोन उद्योगों के लिए जरूरी है। इस गतिरोध के चरम पर पहुंचने के बाद से हालात में थोड़ी नरमी आई है। हालांकि चीन और अमेरिका अभी भी सामान्य संबंधों से दूर हैं।दोनों देशों में गिरता व्यापारपीटरसन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंटरनेशनल इकोनॉमिक्स के रेजिनाल्ड जोन्स सीनियर फेलो चैड ब्राउन का कहना है कि चीन से अमेरिका का आयात और चीन को होने वाला निर्या कम हो गया है। ऐसा इसलिए हुआ क्योंकि व्यवसायों ने चीन पर लगाए गए ऊंचे टैरिफ के चलते अपनी सप्लाई चेन को मेक्सिको, वियतनाम और ताइवान जैसे अन्य देशों में स्थानांतरित करके खुद को नए हालात के मुताबिक ढाल लिया।अटलांटिक काउंसिल के ग्लोबल चाइना हब में अनिवासी वरिष्ठ फेलो डेक्सटर टिफ रॉबर्ट्स कहते हैं कि पिछले साल चीन का ट्रेड सरप्लस 1.
2 ट्रिलियन डॉलर के रिकॉर्ड स्तर पर पहुंच गया। चीन ने अमेरिका के साथ कम हुए व्यापार की भरपाई दुनिया के अन्य हिस्सों के साथ व्यापार बढ़ाकर की। इससे यह पता चलता है कि उसने अमेरिका पर अपनी निर्भरता कम कर ली है।ट्रंप पर सारा दबावमॉन्टेरे में मिडिलबरी इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंटरनेशनल स्टडीज के प्रोफेसर वेई लियांग का कहना है कि यह एक अहम दौरा है। हालात उथल-पुथल भरे हैं और दोनों ही पक्षों ने इस बात की उम्मीद छोड़ दी है कि वे आपसी बातचीत से कुछ कर पाएंगे। साफ है कि चीन का पलड़ा भारी है। इस पर ज्यादातर विशेषज्ञ सहमत हैं।चीन कहीं किसी युद्ध में नहीं उलझा हुआ है। अभी शी के लिए बातचीत करने का सबसे अच्छा समय है, क्योंकि अमेरिका युद्धों में व्यस्त है। घरेलू स्तर पर भी ट्रंप की लोकप्रियत कम है और उन्हें एक जीत की सख़्त जरूरत है। ट्रंप इसलिए भी फंसे हुए हैं क्योंकि नवंबर में अमेरिका में मध्यावधि चुनाव होने वाले हैं।
