Bank of America Corp. BAC, +0.31% said Tuesday it is raising its minimum wage to $20 an hour over a two-year period. The first move will come May 1, when the minimum hourly wage will be raised to $17 and will continue to rise in increments until it reaches $20 in 2021. Shares were slightly lower premarket, and have fallen 2.3% in the last 12 months, while the S&P 500 SPX, +0.10% has gained 10.8%.
