Attorney General William Barr told the House Judiciary Committee chairman he would testify before Congress but wouldn't commit to a timeline for providing lawmakers the unredacted report submitted by Robert Mueller
WASHINGTON—House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler said Attorney General William Barr agreed Wednesday to testify before Congress soon but didn’t say when he would share the special counsel’s report with lawmakers.
Mr. Nadler said that during a 10-minute phone call Wednesday with Mr. Barr, the attorney general said he would testify before Congress but wouldn’t commit to a timeline for providing lawmakers the unredacted report submitted to the Justice Department by special counsel Robert Mueller last week
