National Security Adviser John Bolton on Friday said the U.S. condemns Nicolas Maduro's regime in Venezuela for its "continued use of foreign military personnel in his attempt to remain in power, including the introduction of Russian military personnel and equipment." In a statement, Bolton said the U.S. considers deployments of foreign military assets in Venezuela a "direct threat" to peace and security in the Western Hemisphere.
