Bruce Willis is listing his massive Turks and Caicos spread, complete with yoga pavilion and pirate-themed children's playground, for $33 million
On Turks and Caicos’ Parrot Cay island, actor Bruce Willis is listing his sprawling beachfront compound—which includes a yoga pavilion and a pirate ship playground—for $33 million.
If the property sold for its asking price it would set a record price for the islands, according listing agent Nina Siegenthaler of Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty. The record was set in 2016 by the $27.5 million sale of a nearby property known as Oliver’s Cove, the agent said.
