Ivana Trump — first wife of Donald Trump, and mother to Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump — said her daugter"likes" the president's third and current wife, Melania Trump, just"fine" because the first lady was not the woman who caused Ivana and Donald Trump to divorce.
“The other one” she referred to is Marla Maples, who was Donald Trump’s mistress for several years and became his second wife in 1993 — the same year she gave birth to Tiffany Trump. That marriage ended in divorce in 1999. Upon becoming president, Donald Trump named Ivanka Trump as a senior White House adviser. Ivanka Trump was delighted with her new place in the West Wing and cast herself as a champion for women, children, families and the American workforce.
