Former Vice President Joe Biden on Friday repeatedly deflected requests that he offer a more direct apology for his treatment of Anita Hill and the women who have come forward saying he made them feel uncomfortable.
In his first interview since launching his third presidential campaign on Thursday, Biden spoke with ABC's"The View" all-woman panel about his relationship with former President Barack Obama and President Donald Trump's early attacks.
