We’ve analyzed how these AI Leaders are approaching the technology to offer other companies insight into what steps they should take, or what they should consider, as they move forward in their AI journeys.While many have high hopes for AI—91% of the 700 C-level executives surveyed by Forbes Insights agree their organization will be more competitive in the future by adopting AI—most are still either planning or piloting/testing the technology.
One thing is clear among the AI Leaders participating in this survey: Their companies are growing. Tellingly, 85% of AI Leaders have reported average annual growth exceeding 5% over the past three years, versus only 25% of companies that trail in their implementation of AI. For 28% of AI Leaders, growth has been even more accelerated—exceeding 10% annually. Only 7% of companies in the AI planning stages saw such growth.
