U.S. Special Envoy Stephen Beguin has arrived in South Korea for additional talks with Asian counterparts on how to relaunch negotiations.
Kim Jong Un's father Kim Jong Il was also a fan of basketball and requested that the U.S. send Michael Jordan to North Korea.
