Renault-Nissan love-in swerves main bumps in road LiamWardProud
Renault’s chairman, Jean-Dominique Senard, is to serve as chair of the alliance between the French carmaker, Nissan and Mitsubishi, the companies said on March 12. However, Senard will not chair Nissan.
"This is an equal partnership," Nissan Chief Executive Hiroto Saikawa told a news conference.Renault shares were trading at 59.4 euros as of 1006 GMT on March 12, up 1.4 percent. Nissan shares were trading at 930 yen, up 1 percent.
