KRASNOYARSK, Russia - Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Friday he planned to discuss with his Venezuelan counterpart ways to increase oil exports from Venezuela.Venezuelan oil minister and president of state-run oil company PDVSA, Manuel Quevedo, said this month that Venezuela might divert oil originally bound for the United States to Russia’s Rosneft or other destinations due to U.S. sanctions.
