Two of the most beloved and successful recording artists of all time are being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on tonight: Stevie Nicks and Janet Jackson.
One is making history with her induction, while the other is joining her siblings in the prestigious institution.
Thirteen years after she first became eligible as a solo artist, Nicks will become the first woman ever inducted into the Hall of Fame twice -- she was inducted in 1998 as part of Fleetwood Mac. While Nicks' work with Fleetwood Mac is legendary, her poetic, deeply personal solo work has been just as impactful for fans."The thing they say [to me] is, 'You have no idea what your music has meant to me,'" the singer told ABC News a few years back.
