In a series of morning tweets, the president cited comments from pundits and lawmakers as he continued to air grievances about demands from Congress.

By John Wagner John Wagner National reporter leading The Post's breaking political news team Email Bio Follow April 8 at 9:49 AM President Trump went on Twitter Monday morning to cite recent comments from conservative lawmakers and pundits as he continued to air grievances about efforts of congressional Democrats to obtain the full special counsel report and his tax returns.

“Jerry Nadler is not entitled to this information. Nadler’s committee voted last week to authorize him to subpoena the full report. The Justice Department is expected to release a redacted version as early as this week.
