Devastating flash floods triggered by cloudbursts has ravaged Himachal Pradesh. Rains washed away many houses, bridges and roads across several districts of the state.
Five individuals lost their lives and approximately 50 are missing after several cloudburst incidents in Himachal Pradesh, which resulted in the destruction of numerous houses, bridges, and roads, according to officials on Thursday. The cloudbursts occurred in the areas of Nirmand, Sainj, and Malana in Kullu, Padhar in Mandi, and Rampur in Shimla districts.
Bodies of Chandi Devi , Chaitri Devi and Baijru Ram have been recovered and an injured person has been rescued in serious condition, the officials addedThe cloudburst claimed two lives and approximately 30 people missing. Rescue teams have saved four individuals. The operations are difficult due to the destruction of roads.A cloudburst in Kullu district has resulted in seven people going missing.
