भारत के टॉप 10 शहर ऐसे हैं जहां ऑफिस के रेंट में लगातार बढ़ोतरी हो रही है. पुणे इस लिस्ट में टॉप पर है. भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान-बेंगलुरु द्वारा सीआरई मैट्रिक्स के सहयोग से शुरू किए गए कमर्शियल प्रॉपर्टी रेंटल इंडेक्स में ये जानकारी सामने आई है. यह बेंगलुरु, हैदराबाद, मुंबई, गुरुग्राम, पुणे, चेन्नई, नोएडा, नवी मुंबई, दिल्ली और ठाणे की ग्रेड ए/ए+ ऑफिस एसेट पर केंद्रित है, जो भारत के ग्रेड ए/ए+ ऑफिस स्टॉक का 90 प्रतिशत हिस्सा कवर करता है. इनमें से प्रत्येक शहर के 36 मैक्रो-मार्केट के इंडेक्स भी दर्ज किए गए हैं.रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, पिछले 12 वर्षों में आईआईएमबी-सीआरई मैट्रिक्स सीपीआरई को 50 तिमाहियों में 10 शहरों के लिए दर्ज किया गया था. 74 प्रतिशत मामलों में, इंडेक्स में तिमाही आधार पर वृद्धि देखी गई.
