I am probably understating when I say that Ada Monzón is a meteorological legend in Puerto Rico. Mrs. Monzón has worked in the private and public sector for over 30 years and has been a central voice for weather warnings in Puerto Rico. Her empathetic warnings and communication work during Hurricane Maria should be studied in classrooms.
