Funding for climate change research and educational outreach at NASA are two of the top priorities in fiscal 2020 for Rep. Jose Serrano, the top House appropriator for the space agency.

Overall, however, one of the biggest priorities is to continue the exploration of space and the solar system…[Crewed] spaceflights always continue to be the kind of spaceflights that are innovative and inspire others.
